To All Colleagues: With spring in full bloom and vitality all around, and in accordance with the State Council Notice on 2025 Public Holiday Arrangements (State Council Document [2024] No. 12) and our company’s operational needs, the Labor Day holiday arrangements are as follows:

Holiday Schedule

1. Holiday Period:

   • Thursday, May 1 to Friday, May 2 (2 days in total).
   • No make-up workdays: No additional workdays are required before or after the holiday period to ensure rest entitlements.

2. Work Arrangements:

   • Saturday, April 26: Normal working day to ensure delivery of pre-holiday orders and logistics/customs clearance services.
   • Saturday, May 3: Resume operations with priority given to urgent post-holiday tasks.

   • For emergencies, report to department heads within 30 minutes and activate emergency protocols.
